The treasure(s) of Anderlecht
Heritage Days on September 20 and 21 offer a new opportunity to dive into the extraordinary history of the lives of the Beguines of Anderlecht and Erasmus, and to (re)discover the treasures of the municipality’s heritage. On this occasion, the project The Treasure(s) of Anderlecht will be presented to the public. This contemporary work echoes the triptych The Adoration of the Magi from the workshop of Hieronymus Bosch, displayed at the Erasmus House.
This project, financed within the framework of the Citizen Initiatives of the Sustainable Neighborhood Contract Bizet, with the support of the Municipality of Anderlecht and the Brussels-Capital Region, will be highlighted during the many guided tours of the House and the Beguinage throughout the weekend.
