Generalities

This website is managed by the Erasmus House & Beguinage municipal museums of Anderlecht, which are headquartered at 31 Rue de Formanoir, 1070 Brussels, and represented by Mr Fabrice Cumps in his capacity as burgomaster of Anderlecht. The Erasmus House & Beguinage municipal museums of Anderlecht are hereinafter referred to as “the Museums”. The following conditions apply to use of the site www.erasmushouse.museum (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”) and to transactions executed via the site (product and service purchases, registration for events, and guided tour bookings). In accessing and using the Website you commit to accepting and to abiding by these conditions. The Museums reserve the right to change these conditions of use at any time. Any change will go into effect immediately. We thus urge you to consult this page regularly. The last update was on 31/01/2021.

Liability

Generally speaking, the Museums may not be held liable for technical problems affecting the dissemination of information on their Website. These conditions are governed by Belgian law. Disputes concerning the use of this Website are under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
